PRO-FRIENDS has got to be that Philippine developer with the
most number of desperate bashers and "critics". Aside from stealing
photos from others just so they could post negatively about Lancaster New City,
these detractors are also now citing DELFIN LEE's past "mis-doings"
as PRO-FRIENDS' corporate processes. This is so they could say that PCFI is a
scam just like Globe Asiatique, giving them the power to increase their #.
Because apparently, there are more pro-Lancaster people out there...who have
enough common sense to play it easy on the web.
It is obvious that these haters do not read the news. Do
they even understand how the GA scam was done? It involved "ghost"
buyers and bogus documents. PRO-FRIENDS has none of those. This only proves
that they are only making things up just so they could get the money or feed
their messiah complex.
The mere fact that there are tons of negative factions on FB
about Lancaster and Property Company of Friends proves that the company does
not do "ghosts". These buyers are real and you see them shame
themselves on social media just so they could get their precious refunds. You
see them shame themselves by shouting aimlessly and throwing tantrums at PCFI's
Mandaluyong office. These are real people, albeit a little bit crazy.
But what about the other issues?
There's indeed a claim tying PROFRIENDS with double-selling.
According to these senseless detractors and bashers, there have been a number
of cases daw wherein PRO-FRIENDS have sold and re-sold Lancaster houses. I
believe that this is not true: When I bought my unit through an agent
friend, I saw the blue-print that proved to me that PRO-FRIENDS has a manpower
pool of master-planners and developers. When I told this agent about the
claims, he explained to me that the original buyer of the unit must have
stopped paying the monthly dues without informing PCFI properly.
My message to these uninformed buyers? Read the news and try
not to shame yourselves too much.
