PRO-FRIENDS – An Ideal Company

There are countless companies in the country but what makes an ideal one? Is it just the success achieved? Is it the countless awards and recognitions achieved? Is it the applause garnered from people? Is it the multiple expansion or rapid growth? Is it the popularity of its name and the number of media features? Those should not be the only factors of an ideal company. How its workers are treated and compensated should be considered, too. How it accommodates buyers or investors should be checked. Also, how it impacts society should be looked into as well.

Now what or who is an ideal company? Property Company of Friends Inc. (PRO-FRIENDS) is a good example. The company was not very ambitious and humbly started with pocket developments first. Some people or companies are ambitious and braggy at first, thinking that that’s way to quickly gain success. Faking it until they make it. This usually ends in disaster. It is okay to take risks but don’t forget to balance work to deserve such bragging rights.

 Because of its humble start, Profriends was able to carefully assess itself and gradually ventured into bigger projects, only big enough within their capabilities. Thanks to that kind of carefulness, Pro Friends have now successfully expanded Lancaster Estates to Lancaster New City, successfully launched a school (St. Edward Integrated School), successfully launched a commercial complex (Lancaster Square) and is now progressing to a big IT park (SunTech iPark) and mid-rise condominium (Ilustrata Residences) in New Manila.

Pro Friends is also thankful for the people that support it. Yearly, it holds awarding ceremonies once or twice to show deep gratitude and reward to its agents, brokers, and staff. Plus, fun activities and trips are provided at least once a year, too, to show appreciation towards its people. Not all companies hold such events and show such gratitude.

Of course, buyers are considered, too. Aside from assisting them and handling their concerns, Pro-Friends think of their welfare one step ahead. If it didn’t, would it establish Leighton Hall, Lancaster Square, St. Edward Integrated School, and SunTech iPark to offer convenience to its residents or homeowners?

Finally, the welfare of the society is also considered by Profriends. Other companies only aim to profit. That’s it, not thinking about the society it is profiting from and it is placed in. The very aim of PROFRIENDS is to create communities and transform lives. Skeptics would claim that it sounds ambitious or naïve. But if you think that every small kind of help and consideration counts, then you understand why this is the company’s aim. A huge or drastic change is difficult but small good acts are appreciated.
