Every year, awarding ceremonies are held to reward and recognize those who have exerted so much into closing deals or sales. Apart from that, climbing up the ladder of success is as easy as counting one, two, three. Here are the requirements for joining the PRO FRIENDS Sales Agents and Brokers wagon.
For in-house agents:
  • Attend the project briefing
        Completely fill-out & sign the contract of agency
        Valid ID
        Tax Identification Number
        1 recent 2 x 2 ID photo

For Licensed brokers:
        Attend the project briefing
        2 recent ID pictures (2 x 2)
        Community Tax Certificate
        Certification of Registration as a Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC)
        Licensed Real Estate Broker’s ID
        Police/NBI Clearance

To create credibility, agents are duly accredited by the developer thereby giving peace of mind to our buyers. PROFRIENDS agents can have a fully functional website in 30 minutes or less upon proper accreditation with our developer partner. PROFRIENDS Agents will find readily available 24-hour guide and tools to being a superstar sales agent whether as a newbie or experienced in sales.

Remember the things that will be taught to you. In case you forget a few details, take note of it. Here are some details that may be overlooked sometimes:

Always explain what the best location in the village is. Fully explain mode and terms of payment. Remember to explain that reservation fee is non-refundable in case the buyer decides to cancel the unit. Only cash, personal check, company check, cashier’s check or manager’s check are accepted as reservation fee.

Before calling it a day, you should give you the buyer a list of requirements that needs to be submitted within 60 to 90 days from date of reservation.

Buyers can move in to their new home on the 16th to 18th Month while paying down payment and submission of full requirements (documents & postdated checks) if in-house financing was availed. No need for loan take-out.

Buyers can apply for MERALCO (3 weeks processing) and water connection (3 days processing) through their local office (on selected projects only) after moving into their new home. While waiting for electric connection, buyer will be allowed to get electric connection through sub-meter connection within the village.
