•   Attend the project briefing

•   Completely fill-out & sign the contract of agency

•   Valid ID

•   Tax Identification Number

•   1 recent 2 x 2 ID photo

And the following for Licensed Brokers:

•   Attend the project briefing

•   2 recent ID pictures (2 x 2)

•   Community Tax Certificate

•   Certification of Registration as a Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC)

•   Licensed Real Estate Broker’s ID

•   Police/NBI Clearance
