A Look Into Parc Regency Greens

This is actually the first time I have heard of this project since it was just recently added to the ProFriends (Property Company of Friends Inc.) website. I know Parc Regency Residences and already did a look into post about it before. Anyway, here is the lowdown on Parc Regency Greens as seen or posted on the PCFI website.

The 50-hectare Parc Regency Greens found in Iloilo just beside Parc Regency Residences is the newest community concept by Pro-Friends. With a nature-inspired lifestyle, PCFI claims it to be the first of its kind in Iloilo. Since it is just beside Parc Regency Residences, the said community is near Iloilo International Airport, UP Visayas, University of San Agustin, Central Philippine University, Western Visayas Medical Center, and SM City Iloilo.

The community also has amenities like a club house, meditation area, jogging paths, camping areas, and swimming pool. It is also secured with entrance gate and 24-hour security. Paid shuttle is available.

There are no images regarding the place yet (on the website). But the logo is up.

There are only two house units or models offered at Parc Regency Greens – Madelyn and Stephanie.

Like the rest of communities available, anyone can ask for a sample computation. Chatting with them is available (usually afternoon, I have hung around their website a couple of times and they would initiate chat when they detected me). Just visit their website; all the info is there.

Between the two home models, I like Stephanie better. Yes, it is cheaper and smaller but they have the same features. Moreover, based on the available image (for now), Stephanie’s exterior paint and design look more appealing. I do hope I could get more information or news on this new project. I am not interested in buying but I just want to see if there is or are anything new to the same old PCFI template of community planning.

Update: Regarding my Lancaster New City home, I am still in the monthly payment process. I’ll get there; let’s all be patient. J
