The Most Beautiful Units from ProFriends

There are so many floor plans and home designs from ProFriends (Property Company of Friends Inc) and I think they’re all nice. But there are those which I think stand out the most out of all the home units available.

I am currently paying for a Catherine model in Lancaster New City (formerly Lancaster Estates) but I think there are far better models there (unfortunately, they are located in various locations). Here’s my list:

Parc Regency Residences - Daphne

Daphne house model is a two-storey single-attached 52 sqm house on 100 sqm lot area. It has three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry/service area, provisions for a lanai, balcony and one-car garage.

Of course, Daphne is on top of my list! I’m in love with her! Haha! The house features a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, laundry and service area, provision for carport, provision for lanai, and provision for balcony.

Monticello Villas - Isabella

Isabella house model is a two-storey 40 sqm townhouse on 45 sqm lot area. It has three bedrooms with partitions, one toilet and bath, a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry/service area, provisions for a one-car garage.

As you may all have read in my previous posts, I also think Isabella is a beauty. But it doesn’t beat Daphne hehe! The two-story house features a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms with partition, one toilet and bath, provision for laundry and service area, provision for one-car garage, provision for CATV, telephone, and air-conditioning unit.

Garden Grove Village - Lily

Lily house model is a 60 sqm single-attached house on 150 sqm lot area. It has three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony, provisions for terrace, lanai, front lawn, CATV, telephone, air conditioning units and one-car garage.

Lily is simple and straightforward in design and it appeals to me. The house features a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, balcony, provisions for terrace and lanai, provisions for one-car garage, provisions for front lawn, provision for CATV, telephone and air conditioning units.

Las Verandas Villas II - Redwood

Redwood house model is a 78 sqm single-attached house on 80 sqm lot area. It has three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen and a provision for one-car garage.

It’s huge and the floor plan is nice. The house features a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, and provision for one-car garage.

Bellefort Estates - Vivienne

Vivienne House Model is a single-detached 110 sqm house on a 140 sqm lot area. It is the biggest unit with five bedrooms, three toilets and baths, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen, laundry/service area and provision for a garage that can fit two cars.

This is the most expensive among PF homes. Is it because of the 3D modeling of the floor plan? I don’t know! Haha! The house features a living area, dining area, kitchen, five bedrooms, three toilets and baths, provision for two-car garage, and laundry and service area.
