But apart from residential communities, PCFI has also ventured into a medium-rise condominium project in Quezon City. The floor plan looks nice. Of course, once you get your unit, decorating or planning will be up to you in the end. (I would have invested in a condo unit but I always like to plan ahead so I invested in a Lancaster NC home instead.)

The floor layout looks nice, too. The units was planned to be adjacent in order to combine then into one space if buyers would like to expand their space. This is a smart move since not all buyers are on a budget. There are people like foreigners or businessmen who would like to have bigger space.

OVERALL DESIGN

According to the website, Ilustrata will have a “minimalist design with clean lines and modern influences. Warm earthy accent colors (pay) homage to an old-rich classic image inherent to the location.”
