I recently stumbled upon PROFRIENDS’ Youtube
channel. Being featured in a topnotch channel like ANC means that PRO-Friends
is really doing well and I can vouch for that since I’m a Pro-friends buyer. But
enough about me; let’s focus on PRO-Friends for now.
PRO-FRIENDS
Upon arriving on the About Us page of the Profriends.com, visitors will
be welcomed by a huge image with the content stating that “Property Company of
Friends, Inc., also known as PRO-FRIENDS, is one of the fastest growing
property developers in the Philippines. In a span of 12 years, we have finished
and delivered 52 projects. This year, we have 36 on-going horizontal projects.
We have grown from being a provider of homes in small pocket developments, to
medium rise condominiums and townhouses, as well as single detached units in
estate developments for the higher end market.”
What began as a small-projects developer soon evolved into a
community-builder.

MISSION
Like most companies or establishments, Pro-friends also has a set of
goals:
- “For our BUYERS, quality and affordable homes and communities;
•
For our AGENTS, business opportunities and
professional growth;
•
For our EMPLOYEES, professional advancement and
personal growth;
•
For our BUSINESS PARTNERS, a mutually beneficial
relationship, guided by integrity and prudence;
•
For our SOCIETY, an environment-friendly
holistic development.”
VISION
Profriends envision itself to become a “dominant leader and industry
prime mover in property development” to serve as legacy to Philippine society.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Not all companies have CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Pro-friends,
on the other hand, has a commitment to take the lead in conducting various
activities that contributes to the improvement of the lives of its residents;
thus, giving positive impact in the society. This is further elaborated in an ANC feature (Open house).
ANC’s Open House title card
It’s admirable how far Pro-friends has gone and yet, it still tries to
remain humble and even serve others (not just their buyers). They’re very easy
to get a hold of, too. They have many social media channels apart from
emailing. They respond fast even through their website’s contact channel.
Aside from a TV feature, Pro-friends has also been featured through
offline print. I browsed their Facebook page and saw that they have been
featured by newspaper giants The Philippine
Star and Philippine Daily Inquirer.
It’s great that they are getting recognition for their efforts.
Buyers or anyone else interested in PRO-Friends may be updated through
the Profriends blog (profriends.com/updates). Subscribing to the newsletter is
also a good option.
PERSONAL VERDICT
So far, I’m really satisfied with Pro-friends. No hassle and stress-free
(so far). If there are any bumps or problems along the way, I will definitely
blog about it. Haha! I do hope there won’t be problems in the future.
As for the home, I can’t give my opinions yet since it’s still not
done. But I saw some finished homes there and I think they look nice. I
couldn’t check up-close though since the owners might not like that. Even I
wouldn’t want a stranger to suddenly go snooping around my house.
