Profriends: Parc Regency Residences VS Parc Regency Greens

I have tackled PROFRIENDS' (Property Company of Friends Inc) Parc Regency Residences before; in a Look Into post. Yet recently, Pro-Friends also introduced their new project Parc Regency Greens. I also did a Look Into post for that. They are both located in Pavia, Iloilo and are just beside each other. Since they are side by side, they both are accessible to various facilities like schools, hospitals, malls or shops, and the airport. But let’s see which one of the two is better.

 

Parc Regency Residences is 49.5 hectares in size that offers 6 house models and three amenities – clubhouse, basketball court, and swimming pool.

Parc Regency Greens is 50 hectares in size that offers 2 house models and five amenities – clubhouse, swimming pool, jogging paths, meditation area, and camping area.

They are almost the same in size. When it comes to model units, Residences has more to offer. Greens, on the other hand, has more amenities to enjoy. I can’t say which one is better for now since they both have their own strong points here. Both of them have community shuttle service and 24/7 security as well.

But if the decision was to be solely based on variations in home models, Parc Regency Residences would be better since it provides more options aside from Madelyn and Stephanie units that are the only available options at Parc Regency Greens.

In case you have chosen to purchase a Madelyn or Stephanie home, I guess for you, interested buyer, is to make the final decision through visiting the actual project sites and feel the environment. Which one would you feel more comfortable living in?

Upon visiting the parcregencyiloilo.com website, I found out that the Lotus house model has already sold out (dated October 12, 2012). It states that “If you really want to avail of Lotus unit, you could either look for owners who want to sell their Lotus unit or wait for buyers to forfeit their Lotus unit.”

Soon enough, Daphne house unit has also been sold out (dated February 22, 2013). The same statement regarding looking for owners who want to sell their units is posted. I guess I was right all along! Daphne really is a beauty. If only they built that at Lancaster New City.

Here are more information I found (quoting parc.ph):

“Homes are sufficiently-spaced apart from each other, giving residents the privacy they deserve.  Rooms are spacious, allowing ease of movement, suitable for a growing family.

Two entrance gates – 1 from Gorriceta avenue and another from Ungka road – are open to Parc Regency Residences Iloilo residents and visitors.  Security personnel guard both gates 24 hours/7 days a week.”

Since Parc Regency Greens seems to be the expansion of Parc Regency Residences, I guess the homes in Parc Regency Greens are also “sufficiently-spaced apart.” I am not so sure though if Parc Regency Greens also has two entrance gates like Parc Regency Residences.
