Licensed Broker

•   Attend the project briefing

•   2 recent 2 x 2 ID photos

•   Community Tax Certificate

•   Certification of Registration as a Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC)

•   Licensed Real Estate Broker’s ID

•   Police/NBI Clearance
