ProFriends: SunTech iPark – The First IT Park in Cavite

After featuring the residential projects of ProFriends (Property Company of Friends Inc), allow me to feature another big project from PCFI. But this time, it’s not residential; it’s a commercial one. A really big commercial one.

The SunTech iPark (formerly SunTech IT Park) will be the First IT Park in Cavite, one of the biggest in the country. The 25-hectare project boasts of housing BPOs, call center agents, and produce 17,000 seats in 2015. Cavite has a large human resource pool, capable of supplying the requirements of BPO companies.

It will include several Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) buildings, mixed use for office or commercial establishments, academic centers and other social infrastructure. All buildings can host thousands of professionals on a 24/7 basis. Cutting-edge technology in voice, image and data transmissions, sent through high bandwidth, fiber-optic cabling systems and wireless data infrastructure will be in place to assure uninterrupted telecommunications services. A continuous supply of electricity will be provided complete with 100% internal back-up.

All physical structures at the said IT Park passed and will pass local and international safety standards.  By design, the park’s features will allow maximum interaction among locators, residents, and other members of PCFI’s communities. Balance of nature and technology will be greatly reflected in a beautiful landscape of tree-lined avenues, lush greens, and well- manicured strips complementing the energy-efficient designs of every structure within and contributing to the goal of a highly sustainable environment.

Overall, Suntech iPark is envisioned to be a highly sustainable IT Park built in a highly stimulating business environment while playing a key role in promoting a vibrant social and family-oriented lifestyle.

Modern-day Caviteño IT professionals, rejoice! A potential workplace is now nearer to you! Non-PCFI homeowners can access or apply at SunTech iPark, too. With such a place and many other facilities/amenities, residential community sales would surely boost. My career isn’t IT-related so I feel kind of sad that I might not get to apply at SunTech. Well, I can’t say for sure just yet. *fingers crossed*

When I move to Lancaster New City, I will become a Caviteño. Wow! I have a label now. Haha! But I will only officially become one when I register my voter’s ID there. With the IT Park and Lancaster Square being built, many people will surely purchase homes among Pro-Friends projects. That’s good since there would be more potential bed space renters for me! I am really determined to rent out a room for some extra money.
