PRO-FRIENDS’ Partners

Property Company of Friends Inc. (PCFI) or PRO-FRIENDS to many is an established property developer, brining homes to numerous Filipino families in various localities. It started off with small pocket developments and soon endeavored into bigger scale projects like Lancaster New City and medium-rise condominium (vertical development) known as Ilustrata Residences. Profriends has also endeavored into commercial development such as the Lancaster Square (commercial complex), St. Edward Integrated School (educational establishment), and SunTech iPark (BPO-hub IT park).

But PCFI couldn’t have stood alone without the help of various partners who shared the same goal or dream as Profriends. One of PCFI’s core values is team work. It is even in their corporate social responsibilities (PRO-TEAM). Partnering with others is a good way to get dreams realized and to get work done.

So the spotlight today will be towards these amazing PCFI partners that have helped made developments possible.

  • Proveneo Land Inc was welcomed in 2011 for joining the sales network of Pro Friends.  Proveneo geared up its team by recruiting and training more sellers especially for Bellefort Estates.
  • St. Edward Integrated School was launched in 2011 and PCFI partnered with the Lasallian Schools Supervisory Office to spearhead the education of the students and to nurture the students’ skills and values.
  • In 2011, PCFI signed a contract with FPD Asia Property Services Inc for the estate management of then Lancaster Estates (now Lancaster New City).
  • Again in 2011, PCFI entered a joint venture agreement with Central Country Estate Inc (owner of The Lakeshore, a Pampanga premier real estate development) to build the gorgeous homes of what is now known as The Palms Lakeshore.
  • In 2012, PCFI signed a Memorandum of Agreement with AAB and San Agustin Bus Lines so that the latter would supply public transport services to commuting residents of PCFI’s Lancaster New City (enroute to and from Manila). The consecutively-scheduled daily trips from Lancaster to Plaza Lawton take place in the morning and Plaza Lawton to Lancaster trips take place in the afternoon.
  • PCFI signed another Memorandum of Agreement in 2012, this time with LRA Pacific Group for the planning and developing of SunTech iPark. Supported by LRA, PCFI will offer an ideal workplace with infrastructure and facilities fitted to achieve sustainability and quality of business, a total market solution sensitive to the strategic business value proposition of the outsourcing industry.
  • PCFI partnered with Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) in 2012 for the installation of fiber optic wirings in Lancaster New City. The fiber optic technology brings the transmission of voice, data and video over the internet at faster speed and at much higher bandwidth for the fixed line network. In 2013, the two companies signed another agreement for the installation maintenance and operation of telecom facilities and equipment in Pro Friends’ Suntech iPark. Included in the agreement is PLDT Group’s commitment to install the Next Generation Network (NGN) which is expected to bring faster and reliable voice and broadband services in terms of coverage.
  • In 2013, PCFI partnered with The Knowledge Channel twice for the Run for eLearning event (Feburary) and Gift of Knowledge (August) charitable causes. The Run for eLearning was held at the CCP Complex in participation of PRO-FRIENDS employees, media partners, business partners and other sponsors for the benefit of public schools in Cavite, Iloilo and Pampanga. Gift of Knowledge was the donation of e-learning facilities composed of Netbook preloaded with K-Channel educational videos, 32-inch LCD TV, optical mouse, external speakers, and automatic voltage regulator (AVR) to Nueva Victoria Elementary School in Mexico, Pampanga.
